4. No Refund Policy

- Profits
- Performance results
- Passing any prop firm evaluations
You acknowledge that:
- You are fully responsible for your trading decisions
- Past performance does not guarantee future results

- Informational purposes only
Nothing we provide constitutes:

10. Account & Access Termination

- Fraudulent activity occurs
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Payments & Chargebacks
By making a purchase, you agree:
- Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks
- To contact support first for any issues
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent ban from services
- Legal action if necessary
12. Updates & Modifications
We may:

- Modify features
- Improve performance
At any time without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to update these Terms.

- Installation
- Basic usage guidance
Support does NOT include:
- Personalized trading advice
